Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of CredManage. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act on behalf of your organisation.
2. Subscriptions, trials & billing
New accounts include a 30-day free trial of the full platform. Paid plans (Standard and Unlimited) are billed monthly or annually; annual plans are billed once a year at 20% off. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported.
3. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use CredManage to issue fraudulent or misleading credentials, to break any law, or to abuse, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of the credentials you issue.
5. Your data & ownership
You own the data and credentials you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not sell it.
6. Our intellectual property
The CredManage platform, software, design and trademarks are owned by us. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
7. Service availability
We work to keep the service reliable but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CredManage is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk. You may close your account at any time.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
