Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in CredManage. This policy explains our trial, billing and refund terms.
1. Free trial
Every account starts with a 30-day free trial of the full platform. No payment is taken during the trial, so you can evaluate CredManage before committing to a paid plan.
2. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance — monthly or annually. Annual plans are billed once for the year at 20% off the monthly price. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first paid charge and we will refund that initial payment in full.
4. Renewals & partial periods
Renewal charges and unused portions of a billing period are generally non-refundable. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
5. How to cancel
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not delete your data, and existing verification links keep working.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@credmanage.com from your account email with your organisation name. We review every request fairly and aim to respond within a few business days.
7. Exceptional cases
Where required by applicable consumer-protection law, additional refund rights may apply. We always honour your statutory rights.
