Tell the importer which column is the candidate name, course, certificate number or date — or fall back to sensible defaults. Mapped values are validated before generation so missing data is caught up front, not after 200 PDFs.

Duplicates handled your way

Choose to skip candidates who already have a certificate, or proceed with everyone. A running progress bar shows X of Y completed, and you can stop a long batch at any point.
